360 Feedback Software

We use to provide 360 feedback software to practitioners through our company The Survey Company, however we now focus more on other types of surveying and software. As we still get enquirys for the supply of 360 feedback software, it would be nice to refer the business onto a software provider that has this as a specialty. I wouldn't say it needs to be local, although I have a tendency toward supporting our business' here, and the interest I see are…See More

Haha yeah its been interesting to watch how people cope with the change. The chicken ad drove me up the wall earlier this week but I was relieved to see it on Stuff too :D
Already having record numbers coming to the Jobs site every day this week so it will be interesting to see how the month goes for UB's.
Fun times!

Hi Graeme, Sounds interesting. I'm currently rebuilding spotjobs.co.nz as my web developer left me with a half finished site and went on his OE with my money... nice! The new site will be 10 times better and I am rebranding also. Due to launch early Jan. Maybe we should meet for a coffee and see if there is some way we can work together? Actually funny enough I see you also do web development. I have just received a brief from a friend that needs a quote for a basic website. It's an international company looking to launch in NZ. Let me know your thoughts. Kirsty

haha - pls don't change your personal brand for any of us - I just hope you are toilet trained and obedient and don't do anything inappropriate with the legs of any members on this site

Welcome Graeme - have you become a blonde? Your ears have also got really hairy - so as a friend may I suggest you trim them.

I know you have a good grasp of the recruitment scene - well you give me that impression anyway and I have seen first hand the value of using surveying tools to assess in real time such things as retention drivers, candidate care, manager satisfaction, profiling jobseekers etc.

#atcsyd Day 2.. The Awesomeness Returned!

Man what a day.... sorry, it's late I'm writing this, but I just arrived at home. (took a few more days, went back to work, and now finished this)

But back to the start of my day...

Great start... woke up without the sound of crying (I have young children... this is a perfect start of a day!)

Then... awesome breakfast provided by the #atcsyd guys (the…

Career Planning…. New Years Resolutions

For those who read my blog, you'll know I've recently changed jobs, and I've been pretty slack in posting here in the last year.  Some will say "again?" others have been congratulatory, I have to say it has been an interesting experience.  I'm 37 years old and I'm into my 5th professional job (not counting the moss farming, kitchen hand and service station attendant during University and high school).  Being the new boy again, facing those nerves of the unknown, will they like me? will I…

TRU Australia - Idea generation on crack

Last Friday, after two days of excellent workshops and presentations at the Australasian Talent Conference's annual Social Media event, I attended the inaugural The Recruiting Unconference (TRU) Australia in Melbourne. I shared a taxi to the TRU venue, the Royal Melbourne Hotel, with the founder and conference dis-organiser of TRU, Bill…
