Don't tell them that Ethics in Recruiting has a goal of examining the global recruiting practices to see if we can come to a unified code of conduct. Don't tell them that I crave cultural awareness and acceptance. If they don't get it, they don't need to know. It'll be our secret.
Yes, cross sourcing and recruiting is definitely a benefit here.
