About Me:
Keith has been in the recruitment industry for 30 years and has a passion for all aspects of it. He is a regular speaker and events in the UK, Europe and the US.

In the 80’s Keith worked at Reed Business Information and in 1989 launched Personnel Today and helped create the RADS.

From 1990 -1999 Keith worked as Media Director and board Director of two leading UK HR Communications agencies Barkers and Riley. Keith became was an adopter of web based recruiting techniques.

In 2000 he joined Totaljobs.com as web site director and eventually became COO. Working with a great team he helped build the business both in the UK but Globally via the creation of the Network.

Keith’s passion for “education” helped build the Totaljobs “seminar program” which saw over 70 seminars help recruiters understand the power of the web.

Keith left Totaljobs in mid 2005 and has since \ worked in the U.S, Holland and France. He has and is non executive director of a number of technology companies including; Holland leading ATS Otys Technology CVOnline, CE&E leading job board group and Broadbean Technology .

Keith is now back in the UK and has two projects; RCEuro.com a pan European Recruitment portal with Alan Whitford and Careersiteadvisor.com an innovative new jobseeker and career mover navigational aid and careers advice portal, with the ex SEVP Sale & marketing of Hotjobs.com Simon Goddard

Career Planning…. New Years Resolutions
