My current role as the Business Partner T&SS / Chorus working for Futurestep, a Korn Ferry Company in the Telecom New Zealand RPO. I have extensive experience in international recruitment into New Zealand, specifically from the UK market but also Europe and the US.
I am a results focused commercially savvy recruitment professional. I am comfortable operating in environments that carry a degree of risk. My ability to build relationships at a senior level has allowed me to build trust with my clients. I deliver the talent which they have required in order for them to achieve their business goals.
My experience in both agency and internal recruitment has given me a focus not just on delivery, but also quality. I am adept at building and maintaining relationships at all levels. I ensure a win win outcome for both clients and candidates that I consult.
