Recruitment Asia Pacific

Spotted this interesting article this morning (http://blog.standoutjobs.com/let-employees-show-the-true-culture-of... ) an unusual approach where the company offered a prize to staff to come up with the best recruitment videos - a bottom-up approach which looks like it could be very effective. Check out the examples - weird and wonderful - but you can't do better than have staff recommend your organisation and give their view on the culture of the organisation. Entertaining and probably quite effective - follows all the best Web 2.0 recruiting principles.

Thanks for sharing this with us Vaughan. It really is a glimpse into the future of recruitment advertising. I actually like the videos more that are not overly engineered. I see many also use humour which gets one's attention.
